ActiveDraft allows for uploading files in a wide variety of formats which we'll convert to PDF for easy sharing.

As ActiveDraft is dedicated to fostering collaboration, the platform integrates various services and features aimed at enhancing user productivity when it comes to effectively managing the files they upload, thereby promoting seamless teamwork and streamlined file handling.

File Options

After uploading a file into your Project, you will be able to see it at the bottom of the page.

If you click the 3 dots, then you’ll see options for managing that file.

Adding a Tag to a File

When a file is first uploaded, you will have the option to add a New Tag. Clicking this button will prompt you with the Add & Edit Tags dialogue box. From here, you can select as many Tags that you want to apply to your file.

Once you have finished editing the tags, click Save.

Additionally, you also have the option to select Manage tags in the options menu to access the Add & Edit Tags menu.

Moving forward, you can also click on the Existing Tag to open the Add & Edit Tags menu.

Sorting Files based on Tags

At the top of the Projects page, you’ll see a list of different available Tags in the Files section.

In ActiveDraft, tags serve the purpose of facilitating filtering. Users have the flexibility to choose one or more tags, and ActiveDraft will automatically arrange files so that only those bearing the selected tags are displayed.
